Jairo always has some new experiment up his sleeve, this one’s his ice natural. It’s not your usual brew, it’s dense & syrupy, very sweet & funky with flavours of super-ripe cherry, peach & rosemary…in a really interesting sweet rosemary shortbread type way. It's a coffee to drink over weeks rather than bladting through it all the first week.Roasted 09 SEP 2024

This lot from Claudio is a great coffee. It's sweet, has a funky aroma & flavours of concord grape, barley sugar & greengage plum. It's more of a sit-down relaxing coffee than a - just got out of bed, I need to wake up coffee. Oh. & don't drink it all too quickly, brew it over 3-4 weeks to see how the flavours unfold.
