Abel Ngatimoti Chardonnay 2023

Our Ngatimoti Chardonnay is result of a good friend mentioning a small vineyard that was being untended. On further investigation it turned out to be a 100% Chardonnay vineyard planted in 1997. Old vine Chardonnay is a rare thing in New Zealand so we jumped at the chance to manage it with the aim of one day creating a single vineyard Chardonnay from this site. The 2023 is the inaugural vintage of our single vineyard Ngatimoti Chardonnay. Only a very small quantity exists.
