This piece is a diving falcon / kārearea carved in a deep green pounamu. I’m really enjoying developing carving and pattern techniques for feathers.

Material – Pounamu / Greenstone (NZ Jade)
Size – 55mm high
Adjustable hand plaited dark grey cord.
