Directions:
- Wipe inside of shoe clean; peel adhesive plastic backing from bottom of insoles
- Lightly position on top of the PLEASER® insoles, gel side down
- Adjust the placement of the gel insoles until they best support your feet
- Firmly press the insoles in place
- To clean, remove the insoles from the shoe and wash with soap and water
- Wait until dry, and then repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 above to place the gel insoles back in the shoes
