ORION Heavy Duty Grease Pump with Separated Air Motor, 60:1, 180/220Kg

This heavy duty pneumatic grease pump is designed for sticky grease, the separated air motor, prevents grease from entering the air motor. This pump has good flow at high pressure, and suitable for grease drum sizes ranging from 180 - 220Kg.

For very adhesive (sticky) greases or high-frequency pump operation, it's recommended to use this pump design as it prevents grease from reaching the air motor. Sticky grease tends to cling to the piston rod and can seep past seals. If it enters the air motor, the internal cooling effect (from air pressure) causes the grease to harden further. This can lead to grease build-up and internal wear as it is scraped off inside the motor. A similar issue can occur during prolonged pump operation due to continuous cooling.

With a pressure ratio of 60:1 and minimal flow drop off at normal operating pressures, this pump is ideal for commercial and industrial greasing applications.
