Wine Notes: 100% Syrah grapes and totally dry with a nice natural fruit sweet finish. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the early morning, crushed/destemmed, then given a brief cold soak to extract just enough colour. The juice was cold-settled and then cool-fermented prior to blending and bottling.

Dry Provence style wine with delicate layers of Watermelon, Strawberry and White Peach, giving a refreshing but soft acidity providing length and persistence with an elegant finish. A stunning wine to be enjoyed in the sun!
