ATF Kiwi Pilsner
The has a clean soft malty sweetness with hints of sweet hay balanced by a firm bitterness. Unlike its Bohemian grandparent it showcases the unique qualities of New Zealand hops with aromas of orange citrus and passionfruit up front with tropical fruit, lemon, lime, and stone fruit being a strong supporting act.
Yeast is not included in the kit. If fermenting cold we recommend using Froth Krisp (Assumed Origin: Weinhenstephan), Fermentis SafLager W-34/70, or Lallemand Diamond Lager Yeast.
If fermenting warm we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 or Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast.
