Brewed in the style of an Italian Pilsner, the ATF Birra Zelanda marries a clean, crisp, and lightly bready malt character with the bright zesty citrus and subtle floral spice of New Zealand hops.

Applied with a light hand, the hop profile delivers bright notes of zesty lime and lemon, underscored by resinous pine and sweet floral notes, a touch of peppery spice and a subtle earthy undertone that lingers in the background. A firm but polished bitterness cleanses the palate and leads to a dry, refreshing finish—striking the perfect balance between Italian elegance and Southern Hemisphere sunshine in every golden sip.

Yeast is not included in the kit. If fermenting cold we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 or Lallemand Diamond Lager Yeast.

If fermenting warm we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 (max 18℃) or:

- Lallemand NovaLager (max 20℃), or
- Mangrove Jack's Versa Lager (max 20℃), or
- Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast (max 20℃).
