ATF Italian Pilsner

Crisp, golden, and effortlessly dry, fhe has a clean, lightly biscuity malt backbone subtly rounded by a whisper of honeyed caramel adding body. Refined noble hop aromas of meadow herbs and soft floral spice with hints of citrus peel lead into a lively, bitter-snappy finish. Salute!

Yeast is not included in the kit. If fermenting cold we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 or Lallemand Diamond Lager Yeast.

If fermenting warm we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 (max 18℃) or:

- Lallemand NovaLager (max 20℃), or
- Mangrove Jack's Versa Lager (max 20℃), or
- Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast (max 20℃).
