We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $80 to New Zealand and Australia.

We are a small business (but growing fast) and currently process orders twice a week on Monday and Thursday. New Zealand, we use the overnight Track and Trace courier service with New Zealand Post. Australia, we use the International Air service with New Zealand Post with an estimated 3 to 7 working day delivery. We send all products from Mangawhai, New Zealand. Trial Period

All Alta Surf products come with a 60 DAY TRIAL PERIOD. If for any reason you are not happy with your product please and will happily give you a full refund or replace your fins with a different size or model. The Trial Period is for 60 days from the date of purchase and applies even if the fins have been used or sustained minor damaged, but the full set of fins purchased must be returned.
