Certified & in conversion organic grapes from the attentively farmed Two Terraces vineyard.

The Chenin Blanc is foot-stomped & whole bunch pressed into Tinajas (Spanish handmade clay vessels), which maintains freshness and fruit purity. There's tropical fruit with a rich palate finished by a granny smith apple & crisp saline finish. Check the label art for the tasting note!

The Amber Albariño is a more pronounced skin contact style wine, with marmalade and apricot characters and so easy to drink it is almost a breakfast wine!

The Syrah was my best fruit of 2023 and so I kept the whole bunches 100% intact, did a light foot plunge daily until pressing. The wine is full of florals, violets, bramble and dark fruits with a velvety but juicy finish.
