Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the cool mornings of early April in pristine condition from our Flett Road and Umukuri Road home block vineyard's. Gentle pressing and cool stainless steel fermentation has encouraged and preserved fantastic aromas of passionfruit, red currents and green apple along with a snappy, mouth watering palate

Tasting Note

Beautifully fruited and instantly appealing, the wine shows crunchy apple, green rockmelon, kaffir lime and white floral notes on the nose. The palate delivers excellent vibrancy with lively acidity, making it mouth-watering and highly enjoyable.
