Wine Making

Harvested in the cool mornings of late March. The Chardonnay grapes werebrought in to the winery in pristine condition and gentle pressed. The juicewas then fermented warm in French oak puncheons and aged for tenmonths on yeast lees to develop texture, richness and ripe fruit flavoursbefore being prepared and bottled.

Tasting Note

Fruit driven and smooth, our 2023 Chardonnay features delicious whitepeach and nectarine aromas, with subtle French oak puncheons and leesaging adding complexity. The palate is concentrated and moreishdisplaying fine minerality and incredible length of flavour.
