WINE MAKING

Perfectly ripe grapes from our Moutere clay 'Flett Road' vineyard were harvested in the cool early mornings in the middle of March. Cool stainless steel fermentation with brief lees aging has realised intense stone fruit and spice aromas with fantastic palate weight and a long mineral finish.

TASTING NOTE

This moreish pinot gris is bright and aromatic, bursting with peach and pear. It’s fresh, yet rich and mouth-filling, with smooth lingering flavours. Delicious as an aperitif shared with friends, or paired perfectly.
