Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the cool mornings of early April in pristine condition from our Flett Road and Umukuri Road home block vineyard's. Gentle pressing and cool stainless steel fermentation has encouraged and preserved fantastic aromas of passionfruit, red currents and green apple along with a snappy, mouth watering palate

Tasting Note
A tropical fruit explosion greets you in the glass with aromas of passionfruit and red currents. Zesty, herbal, lime citrus and green apple combine on the palate for a fresh, mouth watering little number, perfect on it's own or as an aperitif.
