Harvested in beautiful condition in early April 2023 from our Flett Road andUmukuri Road home block, our Sauvignon Blanc underwent gentlepressing and cool fermentation, capturing wonderful tropical aromas andflavours, combined with a subtle undercurrent.

Tasting Note

Leaping out of the glass, our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc fills the room witharomas of tropical passionfruit and ripe citrus. Fresh and mouth-watering,the beautifully balanced palate lingers on and on.
