You can use it two ways: slip it on over your dog’s head for a quick fit, or open it at the side with the buckle — perfect for gear-shy dogs who prefer not to have collars slipped over their head. When your dog pulls or tightens up, the limited-slip section closes slightly to prevent escapes without choking. The collar’s movement stops at a safe, adjustable point — unlike traditional slip collars that can tighten indefinitely.
