For a perfect fit, you must ensure to correctly measure your dog’s neck (not your old collar) with a soft measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string, which you can then lay out against a ruler. Place the tape tightly and snugly around the dog’s neck. Please DO NOT measure your current collar. Care

We are unable to accept responsibility for any product misuse resulting in any injury to pets or humans. Please check the product before each use for signs of wear and tear and that it is safe and suitable, as no accessory is indestructible.
