The RAMON Bowl Cutters are built with a robust, stainless steel cast bowl and cover designed to minimise vibrations and ensure smooth operation. These cutters have an anti-noise cover and an electromagnetic safety brake for enhanced safety. They come with three standard knives, offering a bowl speed of 12–24 RPM and knife speed ranging from 1500 to 3000 RPM.

With power options from 3.25 to 22 HP, depending on the model (AS-20 to AS-75), these machines are available in capacities of 20, 30, 40, and 75 litres. RAMON Bowl Cutters are low-maintenance and versatile. Optional upgrades include a head with six knives, a thermometer (standard on AS-40 and AS-75 models), and a discharger on the AS-75.
