Flower Pounamu Sliver Ring

A marquise ring cut from rare putiputi (flower) pounamu, named for the soft golden inclusions that bloom through its deep green. The cabochon was cut and polished by Samuel Potter (Ngāti Raukawa), and hand-set by John Mayo in a solid sterling silver setting with a scalloped rim and a wide, hand-stamped band, a chunky ring with real weight on the hand.
