Notched Toki Kawakawa Pounamu Medium Large Pendant
The medium-large Toki pendant is hand-carved from New Zealand's west coast Kawakawa Pounamu. Symbolising strength, determination, and bravery, the pendant features a matte finish with natural green and black specks. The carved notches reflect traditional Māori carving, historically symbolising whakapapa (genealogy) and the passing of wisdom between generations. Today, these notches may also represent whānau members or loved ones, adding personal meaning to each pendant.
Paired with an adjustable black handwoven cord for a personalised fit, the Toki is presented in an eco-friendly box, complete with a Toki meaning and care card.
