Carved from Kawakawa pounamu by Nikki and Peter, a mother and son known for their notch and spiral work. A Koru the spiral set within a circle, deep green edging to pale marbling at the centre.

The Koru is read as growth and new beginnings. A piece given to mark a fresh start.
