Perched up in the dramatic landscapes of the Montecillos region of Honduras, Finca Caviflor is a haven for coffee and a large population of hummingbirds. Farmer Herly Urquia uses a natural process to elevate the citric and nutty Honduras profile with more fruit and floral flavours. Here, vibrant passionfruit and lemony acidity is complimented by a deep dark chocolate undertone and slightly funk y winey notes.
