"Evelyn's Bakes" Recipe Book

Aureate Cakery and Unbakery began with a vision that myself, Fern, had of owning my own business. My journey into the world of baking began as a personal passion, fuelled by a family tradition of baking excellence.
My baking legacy traces back through my family - from my Nana’s days at Caversham Bakery in Dunedin over 60 years ago to my mother’s ever present cake tins brimming with homemade treats, baking has been a cherished family tradition for many generations.
In the making over the last few years is a recipe book purely of Nana's recipes and top picks, recipes that are primarily over 60 years old. There'll be a lot of old school New Zealand baking in here! Recipes have been converted from imperial to metric, and methods rewritten for aspiring bakers of all skill levels. There'll be the odd funny story too!
