Fresh roasted daily, Melt is a blend of organic beans hand-selected by our roastmaster and roasted to a medium-dark colour using the Sivetz fluidised hot air roasting method. This method extracts a cleaner, brighter and more intense flavour from the bean and removed any burnt, bitter or tainted flavours that can occur using other roasting methods.

How to enjoy Avalanche Whole beans: Ensure grinder is set properly - 30mL of coffee should take 25 seconds to extract. Fill a porta-filter with 6-8g of coffee per shot, tamp, extract. ENJOY
