Fresh roasted daily, Blizzard is a blend of organic beans hand-selected by our roastmaster and roasted to a medium-dark colour using the Sivetz fluidised hot air roasting method. This method extracts a cleaner, brighter and more intense flavour from the bean and removes any burnt, bitter or tainted flavours that can occur using other roasting methods.

Blizzard is a full-bodied blend which packs an explosive, deep, rich, chocolate flavour with a spicy finish.
