Rauponga patterns inspired by the grooves and ridges of ponga leaves. The name āhuru (comfort) reflects the feeling of ponga fronds stacked on top of each other and used as bedding by our tūpuna (ancestors).

This paraikete is a nod to them and their mātauranga (knowledge) through a new lens. Introducing our brand new coverlets! Stunning tāniko embroidery all over coverlet. They are perfect for the hot summer nights with a sheet, or great in the winter over a duvet.
It comes packaged without any plastics or cardboard inside the blanket. Just a funky card design with patterned ribbon you can reuse, and inside an awesome large bag made out of thick cotton canvas. Because nobody likes extra unnecessary packaging.
