Emile Henry Butter Dish Truffle

The Emile Henry butter dish preserves your butter, protecting it from light and air. Even out of the fridge, it keeps the butter fresh thanks to the HR ceramic® (High Resistance) which remains cold for longer.

When serving on the table or for using in a recipe, the butter dish is handy: the ridges on the base prevent the butter from sliding when cutting.

Please note: These butter dishes are designed to fit a European 'block' of butter and the 500g blocks do not fit as they are. The width and depth fit nicely but they are too high, so you will need to cut down the height by approx 1/2 to fit under the lid.
