Built for serious oven work. The Scanpan Elektra 5-Layer Clad Stainless Steel Roast Tray is designed for generous tray bakes, large vegetable roasts, sheet-pan dinners and entertaining at scale. Its shallow 2.5cm profile maximises surface contact and airflow, helping deliver crisp edges and even browning across the entire tray — corner to corner.

Built with a 2.8mm 5-ply clad body of certified recycled stainless steel and aluminium, it distributes heat fast and uniformly, resists warping under high heat, and performs reliably without hot spots. Compatible with all cooktops including induction, and oven safe to 250°C, it moves seamlessly from stovetop to oven.
