Sichuan Spicy Dark Chocolate Bar – Made with 62% organic single-origin dark chocolate from the Pacific Island of Papua New Guinea and our house-made Sichuan spice blend. This bar received a Silver Award at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards Asia-Pacific competition (ICA).

Some of the judges’ comments: Great texture concept and great creativity — surprising flavors that work well, with particularly interesting and unique flavor notes. Distinct evolution of different flavors and an appealing balance of texture throughout.
