Without being to rude about it, smells like Chablis. Crushed oyster shells, nashi pear, soft touch off acacia honey. Pear flavours in the first mouth with crisp mid palate and soft Chardie components in the end. This is one happy bunch of grapes! And makes one happy wine drinker!
