The Green Room Grenache Syrah is a new look at a classic Rhone style blend. The Grenache from a McLaren Vale vineyard planted in 1946 is the focal point of this piece. Making up the majority of the blend (92%), most of the Grenache is whole bunch pressed with the fruit spending anywhere from 28 to 88 days on skins. Got a whole lotta skins. This is a young, vibrant, dazzling version of McLaren Vale Grenache which just gets better every year.
