Koen gets the fruit for his Zinfandel from Clare Valley, specifically Watervale. Clare may be known for its Riesling but increasingly its home to some great alternate varieties.

Here we see ripe notes of dried fruit and spices mingling with fresh raspberries and blackberries. The tannins are velvety soft and the finish juicy and bright.

It has real drinking appeal and will suit lovers of rich reds on the hunt for something new. Soft, spicy and deliciously juicy. Zinfandel done right.
