Their first "red wine". Like with most of the most wines, they tend to keep it very easy going and smash-able booze. 5 days skins and pressed to seasoned puncheons. Aged for about 6 months before bottling.

Lychee, nashi pear, apricot, quince nose. Just a lot going on. Soft hints off vanilla. Fresh start in mouth, green apple with notes of hay and quince in end palette.

Grapes from biodynamic farming, natural yeast and low added sulfites. Unfiltered and unfined.
