The Lapeyre's like to plant a few whites on the hillsides extending the foothills of the Montagne Noire, to the east of the gentle Combes de l'Argent Double, a small river that tempers the harshness of the summer heat.

The clay soils softened by a silty vein offer the resistance and the flexibility necessary for the comfortable deployment of the plant. Colombard is borrowed from the southwest for its aromatic fervor; Chenin, fresh and tense, reflects the spirit of the Pyrenean hillsides and Chardonnay brings its structure and aromas that will make the first notes of the wine familiar before discovering all its originality.
