B'rose 2021 - Yetti and the KoKonut

All off the varieties are fermented seperate and aged in seasoned wood. With this wine, it's less about the varieties but more about achieving a structural yet fruit forward, dry style of rose that you just want to take to park/beach/hills and enjoyed with friends/family/lover(s).

Crushed plum and fig with hints of lemon/lime. Very uplifting nose. Soft vanilla touches in back ground. Bright start of the pallet with flowers in mid pallet and lemon squash to finish it off. Definitely a smashable rosé!

Blend of Cabernet franc, Sémillon, Red Sémillon, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier.

Grapes from biodynamic farming, natural yeast and low added sulfites. Unfiltered and unfined.
