Crémant de Loire Brut NV | Monmouseau ( No Sulfites)

To preserve the quality of the harvest, the perfectly ripe grapes are harvested manually. The different qualities of juice obtained during pressing are separated and then vinified separately before being blended. Made according to the Traditional Method, this Organic Crémant de Loire develops its aromas while retaining a beautiful freshness thanks to aging on lees.

No addition of Sulfites.
