Sweet wine from Monbazillac region made from Sémillon, Chenin, Muscadelle and a touch of Ondenc blend.

Organic grapes were hand harvested in mid-October when sugar was highly concentrated. Very long fermentation with indigenous yeast before filtering. Minimal sulphur added. Aged in stainless steel.

A naturally sweet wine with honey and mineral character, this dessert wine that isn't overly sweet or high in alcohol. It is soft, fruity & fresh! This will go really well with a fruit dessert or some blue cheese.

Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and low added sulfites. Unfined and small filtration on wine.
