Made from equal part of Chardonnay and Altesse, and aged for 10 months on lees in vats, the wine is pure and fresh. Issued from a limestoned terroir , 500m in altitude.

The estate of 6 hectares owned by Isabelle and Jeremy Decoster Coiffier produced their first vintage in 2016, in the Bugey region of the French Alps between the peak of the Juras & Mont Blanc. Everything is done by hand, working organically with minimal added sulphur.
