Delicious small red shallots, mild and sweet these are a super rewarding crop to grow.

Plant just one bulb and get up to 10 or more at maturity! Even the smallest of shallots can produce a great set.

Our red shallots are teardrop-shaped, wrapped in multiple paper-thin layers of reddish skin that may have a single, or multiple bulbs. The inner flesh is spicy and savory when raw like a cross between onion and garlic. As they cook, their flavour turns sweet and delicate.
