58% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay all hand harvested from the Gibbston Valley.
Bottle fermented and aged on lees for 18 months.
It's fresh and inviting, with subtle green apple, white peach and citrus aromatics. A fine texture and creamy palate with a lovely dry finish.
