Greystone Pinot Gris 2022/23

This dry-style Pinot Gris comes from a single block of vines on the Greystone Vineyard. The grapes grow on calcareous clay soils which leads to a Pinot Gris with inherent minerality and richness. A portion of the wine was aged on yeast lees for four months before estate bottling.
