Volume four takes us back to the USA in Columbia, Maryland. Sapwood Cellars is the entity behind two of the most recognisable names in our industry in Scott Janish and Mike Tonsmeire. Brewing with these guys is an absolute honour, and so is sharing the results. A vibrant Pilsner with a twist - shaking in just a touch of rye malt for a clean and complex dryness with a little extra mouthfeel. Lots of bright, fresh hop aromas dance out of the glass and feed the senses. The flavour is bright and crisp with a lingering dry finish. Named after Craft beer and brewing magazine editor Joe Stange's desired beer baby after he connected us."
