This new release from Ardnamurchan sees unpeated spirit married with a parcel of 22 ex bourbon casks for five years before undergoing a two and a half year finish in a selection of ex Sauternes casks. There are notes of apricot jam on buttery brioche toast, flaked almonds, dried stone fruits, heather honey and peppercorn sauce. With a long and drying finish.
