On the nose we have passionfruit, grapefruit, white wine and gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops which deliciously complement the slow-burning spice from the red habaneros. The beer is a refreshing splash of yee-haw with the kick of a rattlesnake!
