Northern Wild 006 is an experimental collaboration release with Hogans Cider that saw us co-ferment Hogan’s apple juice with our own Northern Monk wort before aging.The result is a unique beer / cider hybrid made using wild yeast from apples and Brett Bruxellensis. Expect funky, tart flavours and a clear apple character, with a hint of smoke and malt sweetness on the finish. 4.6% ABV
