The classic celebration - stereotyped with Americans but practiced the world over. Just like the classic APA. We have brewed our simply and classically with no fussy messing around - like a high five should be. Its point of difference is the new hops of the block: Talus and Mosaic. Result - A balanced and sessionable ale with plenty of flavour. Soft citrus and floral aromas with a hint of tropicality. Fresh bitterness and a lovely biscuity edge
