With potent levels unique anti-bacterial properties, Methylglyoxal and Leptosperin, this M ānuka Honey grade is purely extraordinary.

This is not for your toast; leave that to our UMF5 and UMF10. With high levels of antibacterial properties, our UMF20 is ideally used topically for skin abrasions and wounds, or enjoyed a teaspoon per day to ward of winter colds and flus.
