DiMagnesium Malate 750mg (providing 150mg of elemental magnesium)

Other Ingredients: Citric Acid, Natural Flavours, Turmeric root powder (for colour), Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit Extract, Beta Carotene (for colour).

Directions

Adults take: 1 scoop daily (4.7g). Preferably in the evening with food.

Children (12 and under): Take half the dose.

Mix a single scoop into water (200ml) until dissolved.

Precautions
