Zinc (from Zinc Citrate): 7.5mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 1000 IU): 25mcg
Other Ingredients: Thaumatin, rice hulls, citric acid, natural flavouring and maltodextrin.
No added: Sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Add 1 metric teaspoon of powder to cold water and stir well.
